Rebuilt for Distance
I am building new distance, step by step.
I am Christian. With a total knee replacement, I am rebuilding strength, endurance and trust with intention: long-term, honestly and publicly documented.
My goal is the Davos X-Trails Gold 43 km in 2030. Rebuilt for Distance connects this road with training, a book project, insights and partnerships.
Why this site exists
I am starting with rebuilding. And that is exactly where the strength lies.
Rebuilt for Distance tells the story of a road that is being built step by step.
I am in the middle of a long-term rebuild. With an artificial knee joint, a clear direction, training days, learning moments and the firm decision to keep moving step by step.
This is about clean steps: load, recovery, everyday life, faith, discipline and growing trust in my own body.
My faith in God belongs to this road. Quiet, honest and steady. A source of support when patience is needed. A direction when the next step matters more than the big picture.
I want to show how a new chapter can be built: step by step, with responsibility, trust and a clear goal ahead.
- Total knee replacement since 2024
- Long-term rebuild towards the Davos X-Trails Gold 43 km in 2030
- Training, book, insights and partnerships as one road
What is being built here
More than a running goal.
Rebuilt for Distance is a platform for rebuilding, endurance and long-term development. The trail is the visible goal. The real road begins in everyday life: with training, recovery, decisions and small improvements that gain weight over time.
